Design of internal engineering systems for residential, commercial and special-purpose properties.
- Collect and analyse source data, survey the property and verify technical constraints.
- Prepare calculations and solutions for water, heating, drainage, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical and automation systems within your discipline.
- Develop plans, diagrams, details, routes, specifications, interface requirements and clash coordination.
- Coordinate solutions with architects, designers, the client and the installation team.
- Provide design support during construction and revise documentation for approved changes.
Diagnostics of existing systems, defect detection and technically justified recommendations.
- Inspect plant rooms, routes, assemblies, equipment and accessible concealed areas.
- Carry out measurements, instrumental diagnostics, thermography, photo and video recording as required.
- Identify risks, defects, design conflicts and operation or maintenance issues.
- Prepare a structured report, repair priorities and inputs for design or refurbishment.
- Work on confidential properties when required access conditions can be met.
Commissioning of engineering systems, controls, sensors, actuators and supervisory systems.
- Verify installation readiness, signals, actuators and control logic.

- Prepare systems for pressure testing, flushing and commissioning.
- Maintain neat routing, labelling and service access.
Welding for pipework, metal frames, supports and technical assemblies.
- Prepare components, assemble joints and weld only within confirmed qualifications.
- Work to drawings, dimensions and approved procedures without unapproved design changes.
- Check joint quality and prepare assemblies for subsequent operations.
- Observe hot-work, fire-safety, permit and safe-working requirements.
- Maintain valid qualifications or certifications wherever required by the site or applicable rules.
Installation of ductwork, equipment, drainage and climate-system pipework.
- Set out routes and install ducts, supports, dampers, grilles and equipment.
- Install drainage and climate-system piping within qualification.
- Observe vibration isolation, acoustic, airtightness and service-access requirements.
- Prepare systems for checks, balancing and commissioning.
- Coordinate work with electrical, controls, finishes and architectural teams.
Installation of power, control and low-voltage networks, switchboards and automation components.
- Route and label cables, install equipment and terminate connections.
- Assemble and connect panels within qualification and approved documentation.
- Install sensors, actuators, communication lines and engineering interfaces.

- Install and service filtration, pumps and dosing equipment.
- Check hydraulics, valves, overflow and drainage arrangements and maintenance access.
- Set automation and water-treatment parameters within competence.
- Diagnose leaks, unstable operation and maintenance issues.
- Prepare systems for start-up, parameter control and client handover.

We value professional discipline, engineering judgement and predictable site behaviour more than impressive wording in a CV.
- Relevant education is required for engineering positions; vocational training, licences and qualifications are required where the role or site demands them.
- Practical knowledge of the profession, ability to read working documentation and understand work sequence.
- Confident and safe use of hand, power and measuring tools relevant to the role.
- Tidy appearance, clear communication and respectful conduct with clients, colleagues and other contractors.
- Calm, non-confrontational teamwork, punctuality, responsibility and the ability to execute an agreed assignment reliably.
- Unapproved changes to design, materials, control logic or scope are not permitted; changes must first be agreed with the responsible supervisor.
- Readiness to comply with access rules, NDAs and restrictions on publishing photos, addresses, layouts or technical details of confidential properties.
- No legal restrictions preventing lawful employment, travel or site access; where required, readiness for checks permitted by law and the client’s access rules.
- Readiness for travel within Russia and, for selected projects, international travel with the required documents.
- English and prior international project experience are advantages but are not mandatory for every role.
Some assignments require specialists who can work under restricted-access and enhanced confidentiality rules. Details of such properties are not disclosed publicly. Before site access, candidates must be ready to follow the established access regime, photo and video restrictions, documentation requirements and instructions of the responsible person.
Work format and terms
Candidates from any city are considered. Travel, arrival and accommodation arrangements are agreed before mobilisation.
The schedule depends on the property and work stage. Candidates should be ready for early starts, evening work, urgent surveys and irregular hours when agreed in advance and arranged appropriately.
Compensation is negotiable and depends on profession, qualification, responsibility, project complexity, travel format and verified experience.
The priority is long-term cooperation with strong specialists. Project work, probationary periods and internships leading to permanent work are possible.
Tools, PPE, materials, transport and other provision are defined according to the role and agreed before work starts.
Performance is assessed by compliance with the assignment, workmanship, safety, as-built records and readiness of the completed stage for inspection or testing.
