  • Ventilation, air conditioning, chilled-water systems, dehumidification and related climate systems.
  • Domestic hot and cold water, recirculation, water treatment, leak protection and pumping equipment.
  • Controls, controllers, sensors, actuators, BMS and supervisory systems.
  • Checks of electrical circuits serving engineering equipment within the agreed scope.
  • Hydronic and air balancing, capacity checks and verification of operating pressure differentials.
  • Testing interlocks, alarms, notifications and equipment sequencing.
  • Handover of recorded defects, parameters and operating recommendations to the client.
